Enrolling is as easy
as 1, 2, 3 …
1) Request more information or set an appointment to tour our school.
We are currently holding tours after school hours. Complete the information under “Request Information” to request someone to contact you. We can set up a time to personally show you our school and answer any questions one-on-one.
2) Fill out the enrollment form online.
Just click “Enroll Now”. Once your enrollment has been accepted, you will receive a logon to access HeadMaster Online where you can update your information and make payments online.
3) Review & complete Student Documentation.
We have several documents for you to review and complete prior to your first day at school. Please scan these and return to preschool@smbclouisville.org. Genius Scan is an app available on your phone if you do not have access to a scanner.
