The policy of St. Matthews Baptist Weekday Preschool and Parents Day Out is to provide equal opportunity in the acceptance for any and all applicants to our school as well as applicants for employement. Tuition Rates

 

Our program is a tuition-based program.  The annual amount is based upon the weeks scheduled in the school year. The first installment is due the first day of school, and all subsequent installments will be invoiced and due on the first of the month. You have a 15-day grace period (like a mortgage) with a late fee of $10 assessed on the 16th for each invoice outstanding.

We follow Jefferson County Public School’s inclement weather schedule and generally all the major school breaks. If there is a delay in the beginning of the day for Jefferson County Public Schools, our school will not meet that day.

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

  • Registration Fee is $125/child due upon enrollment and is non-refundable.
  • Tuition is divided into 10-installment payments.
  • 9am to 12pm

Our program is for ages birth to 2-years old. Your child will participate in a variety of age-appropriate activities.

Your children will

  • play with manipulative materials such as paints, play dough, crayons, and blocks.
  • listen to Bible stories.
  • learn how to share, take turns, plan, work, think, and reason as he/she works and plays with others.
  • enjoy singing songs and engaging in music activities.
  • participate in lots of other fun activities.

3-day 3 year olds

Our 3-year old program (PK3) is a perfect introduction to school and routines. The teachers provide a loving, caring environment to introduce the basics – letters, numbers, colors, and shapes.

Unless other wise noted, we follow Jefferson County Public Schools birthday/age requirement of August 1. All class offerings are subject to enrollment. When spaces are filled, a waiting list will be maintained on a first-come, first-serve basis.

4-day 4 year olds
9am to 12 noon

Our 4-year old program (PK4) builds off of the previous year. It strengthens those core skills – letters, numbers, colors, and shapes. Their curriculum helps prepare them to advance to the next level, even kindergarten.

5-day 4/5 year olds

Our 5-day program (PK5) will give your children a great foundation for kindergarten readiness. This class is focused on children age 4 or 5 that are heading on to kindergarten the next year.
