Parents Day Out
Welcome to the Parents Day Out website! My name is Missey McMillan and I have had the awesome experience of being the Director of PDO for the last several years. What a blessing this has been and continues to be! I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our wonderful program and the incredible experience we would like to offer your children.
The Parents Day Out program has a Monday/Wednesday option and a Tuesday/Thursday option from late August until mid-May. The program begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m. We accept children ages six weeks thru two years of age. Each child brings a lunch and we provide a snack. Each classroom has their own schedule to fit the needs of the classroom. All of the schedules consist of art time, snack time, lunch time, bathroom/diaper time, gym time, free play and outside time and, of course, lots and lots of love and playing. The St. Matthews Baptist PDO is a rich, loving environment in which your child will learn, play, make friends and begin the journey of the fun-filled years of childhood.
Each year we have registration in January for the next year. The cost to register is $75. This registration fee is non-refundable and holds your spot for the following year for your children. The cost for two days a week per year is $1,400. I always have an “open door” policy and would love to see you and your child drop by anytime. If that does not work for you, tours are ALWAYS available anytime and you may set them up via email or you may call PDO and set them up.
